Terms of Use
Draft for review. Operator and regional legal details are pending.
Using Afterhours
Afterhours lets you track supported channels, request automatic or manual recordings, and download available recordings from your Library. Kick is supported today; other platforms are planned. Sign in through the supported provider and finish username setup to use your workspace.
Recording responsibly
Only record or use content when you have permission or another valid legal basis. A stream being publicly available does not give you ownership or unrestricted permission to copy or share it. Respect copyright, privacy, and the source platform's rules.
Do not bypass access restrictions, use another person's account without permission, or disrupt the service. Access restrictions can prevent tracking, recording, or downloads.
Availability and retention
Recordings depend on the source stream, available capacity, and service availability. They may start late, contain gaps, fail, or be incomplete. Do not rely on Afterhours as your only copy.
Recordings are retained for a limited time. Download available recordings before they expire. Stopping or deleting your recording does not necessarily stop shared capture or delete another account's recording.
Copyright and removal requests
Channel-owner requests require ownership verification. Restrictions may block new recordings and remove public entries or download access. Removing public access is not a promise that every physical copy has been deleted.
Send copyright or channel-owner requests to [email protected]. Include the channel or recording, your relationship to the content, and the action you are requesting.
Your account and privacy
Review the Privacy Policy for visibility and deletion details. Account deletion ends access immediately and has no restoration option.
